In December of 2016, the average home sold price was $338,000 in San Joaquin county.  Ending the year in December of 2017, the Average sold price in the county was $367,000.  That is an 8% increase from the year before.

 

The days on market trend, the time it takes for the home to sell, was a relatively stable in 2017.  In December of 2016 the days on market was 48 and ended last year at 36 days.  Although as you can see in the chart below there were many months were the days on market was in the low to mid 30's.
